9. Right of Withdrawal

Returned products must be:
• Unused;
• Undamaged;
• Complete with original tags;
• Returned, where possible, in their original packaging.
Unless otherwise specified on the Website, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
AXELENS S.r.l. will issue the refund within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the withdrawal request, reserving the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned products have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
