The T-Shirt production process is entirely 100% Made in Italy – Milan:
From the 100% Supima® Cotton fabric created by FIVEOL, to the Stylist Sonia of STUDIO SONIA TAILORING, to the laser cutting laboratory of ANDREA TESTA, to the production of the T-Shirts by the knitwear factory GNG SEWING ITALY, to the digital prints by ANDREA PRETE STAMPE DIGITALI.
VERTICALIE support Italian talents and bring their expertise to the world.
Italianness does not stop at production, the communication and packaging of the T-shirts also bear the unmistakable Italian mark. The company chose innovative packaging in the shape of a tube made by TECNOPAPER with the name VERTICALIE engraved on it, designed and coined by Beatrice Ferrari of the company SYNESIA, a leader in naming in Italy and Europe, to evoke the vertical sizes.
Naming and logo protection at European level by TM Agent EUIPO-IPOI-UIBM Giorgia Favaro IP Global Manager, while communication is managed by VULCANO AGENCY and the development of UAHUU.
The patches sewn on the neck for size and those sewn on the back of the T-shirts were hand-cut by local craftsmen.

The neckline, sleeves and waist are double-needle stitched for strength and elegance. The neck rib is also made of Supima® fabric, as are the patches, hand-cut by local craftsmen, on the collar and back of the T-Shirt.

The creation of the 100% Made in Italy – Milan T-Shirts is also combined with attention to the environment and to people: from the choice of strategic partners located geographically very close to each other, in the hinterland of Milan, to limit transport and therefore CO2 emissions, to the involvement of local artisans who work by hand on the details of each garment.
The brand is all about inclusiveness, excellent Italian quality and sustainability: instead of having the usual satin information label, it was decided to print a QR Code on each T-shirt to provide information on washing, composition and more. A green ink was chosen for the prints, while the packaging, made of cardboard and metal, is totally recyclable and biodegradable.
